Annual Elections

ASA board testimonial

Elections are an important membership benefit. Shape the future of the Societies.

Your voice matters, and when you volunteer to become a candidate and when you cast your vote! Embrace the opportunity to influence the future of our Societies by participating in the election process.

Seeking nominations

Interested in severing in a leadership role in Societies beginning in 2028? We are actively seeking nominations on a rolling basis, and self-nominations are encouraged—simply inform a Division/Section Chair or Community Leader by Oct. 31, 2026. Let's collectively expand our diverse and inclusive leaders.

Would you like to learn more, or do you know someone who would make a good leader? Reach out to our Director of Governance, Sara Uttech, at 608-268-4948 or suttech@sciencesocieties.org (send message).

Note: Voting eligibility requires you to be a current member in good standing. ASA members must be members of the Community in which they are voting, while SSSA members must belong to the division they are voting within.
