Investigations with 2,4,5-trichlorophen-oxyacetic acid (2,4,5-T) and 2-(2,4,5-uichlorophenoxy) propionic acid (silvex) to control post oak (Quercus stellata Wang.), blackjack oak (Quercus marilandica Muench.), and dwarf chinquapin oak (Quercus prinoides Willd.) have shown them to be excellent chemicals for control of brush and release of native grasses.Please view the pdf by using the Full Text (PDF) link under 'View' to the left.
