Gene Interaction in Ricinus Communis, L.1
- R. G. Creech and
- H. H. Kramer
The major phenotypes in the wide range of plant and capsule colors in Ricinus communis, L. were accounted for by the action and interaction of at least three major genes. One partially dominant gene controlled the production of spines on capsules. The interaction of three genes was demonstrated in the inheritance of waxy bloom. Please view the pdf by using the Full Text (PDF) link under 'View' to the left.
